Holding A/S shall hereby make public that the Company has received the
following announcement:
On 10 March 2008, ATP and ATP Invest have increased their shareholdings in
William Demant Holding A/S and now collectively hold 5.05% of the share capital
and voting rights in William
Demant Holding A/S.
ATP and ATP Invest's total holding of William Demant Holding A/S shares is now
3,079,055
shares of DKK 1 each, equivalent to nominally DKK 3,079,055.
