RTN to Launch in Fresno

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., March 13, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Retro Television Network (RTN), which is owned and distributed by Equity Media Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:EMDA), announced today that it will partner with Trans-America Broadcasting Corporation to launch an RTN affiliation in Fresno, CA. The network will begin airing in April on a digital stream of KAIL-TV.

"We are thrilled to partner with RTN and the great programming that they bring to the table," said Robert M. Jenkins, II, Program Director for KAIL-TV. "Without quality programming, broadcasting on our .2 would be a waste of our time and resources. The network's lineup features programs that we have successfully aired on our primary channel."

"Very soon, viewers will see RTN's 'Prime Time All the Time' lineup with hit shows like Perry Mason, The Rockford Files, Magnum, P.I. and Hawaii 5-0, said Mark Dvornik, Executive Vice President of RTN. "The weekend lineup will include Emergency!, Kojak, Airwolf, The A-Team, Knight Rider and The Wild Wild West.

RTN is the first completely-customizable, national television network to provide a 24/7 digital feed of hit shows to each of its affiliates. The network's unique design allows each affiliate to remain in complete control while RTN runs the local and national master control from its central hub. RTN also offers customizable news and weather for each market, hosted by network-provided talent.
