CARDO'S ANNUAL REPORT 2007 AND NEW WEBSITE 

Cardo's annual report for 2007 is being published in Swedish today on our
website at www.cardo.com. The printed version will be distributed later.

In the annual report, Cardo's President and CEO Peter Aru comments: 
“When I sum up 2007, I can note that growth continued to increase and that we
have enjoyed increased net sales for ten quarters in succession. Behind the
positive trend, lies a purposeful and intense change process which made its
effects felt in a number of areas. We are above all seeing strong growth in
major key accounts, expansion in the service field and a positive trend in new
markets.”

The English version of the printed annual report will be distributed from the
beginning of April to those shareholders and other parties who have notified
Cardo's subscription service that they wish to receive it by regular mail.

New website
Cardo has launched a new website with a new graphic design and improved
navigation for easy access to financial facts and current information about the
Group. 

At the beginning of April, the English version of the annual report will be
available to be read on and downloaded from the website. The website also
provides information on giving notice of intention to attend Cardo's AGM on
April 7.
