Proposed Members of the Board to Saab's Annual General Meeting Erik Belfrage, Lennart Johansson, Peter Nygårds, Michael O'Callaghan, George Rose, Per-Arne Sandström, Åke Svensson, Lena Treschow Torell and Marcus Wallenberg are proposed for re-election. Re-election is proposed for Marcus Wallenberg as chairman. Sten Jakobsson is proposed for new election. He was born in 1949 and has since 1973 been active in ABB in different executive positions, above all within the units of cable and voltage transmission. Since 2001, Sten Jakobsson is President and CEO of ABB Sweden. He has also carried out the large restructuring of the Swedish ABB organization during the years 2002-2003. His solid management and leadership experience of complicated construction and development projects will further broaden and supplement the competence of the board of directors. Sten Jakobsson is board member of Teknikföretagen, Stena Metall AB and World Childhood Foundation. The proposed number of Board members is ten, with no deputy members.
