ICM Netherlands B.V. has informed SMARTRAC on March 11, 2008, that via
shares its voting rights in SMARTRAC N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands,
ISIN: NL0000186633, WKN: A0JEHN, have fallen below the 20 percent and 15
percent thresholds on March 7, 2008. ICM Netherlands B.V. currently holds
10.95 percent of the voting rights in SMARTRAC N.V. (this corresponds to
1,478,000 voting rights).

100 percent of the in ICM Netherlands B.V. shares are held by ICM Holding
Ltd., which 100 percent of its shares are held by Intec Holding Ltd.
Manfred Rietzler is the sole shareholder of Intec Holding Ltd., which means
that the voting rights of ICM Netherlands B.V. have to be attributed to ICM
Holding Ltd., Intec Holding Ltd. and Manfred Rietzler.

This means that via shares the voting rights of ICM Holding Ltd., Intec
Holding Ltd. and Manfred Rietzler have fallen below the thresholds of 20
percent and 15 percent as well. Therefore, ICM Holding Ltd., Intec Holding
Ltd. and Manfred Rietzler currently also hold 10.95 percent of the voting
