shares in Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN
DE0005140008, WKN 514000, exceeded the 3 % voting rights threshold on
December 21, 2007 and amounted to 3.43 % (this corresponds to 18,189,755
voting rights). 0.00 % (1,024 voting rights) are attributed to Deka
International S.A. according to Article 22  para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Furthermore, Deka International S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us
on March 13, 2008, according to Articles 21, 22 of WpHG that its voting
rights via shares in Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN
DE0005140008, WKN 514000, exceeded the 5 % voting rights threshold on March
06, 2008 and amounted to 5.04 % (this corresponds to 26,740,655 voting
rights). 0.00 % (727 voting rights) are attributed to Deka International
S.A. according to Article 22  para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

In addition, Deka International S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us
on March 14, 2008, according to Articles 21, 22 of WpHG that its voting
rights via shares in Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN
DE0005140008, WKN 514000, fell below the 5 % voting rights threshold on
March 07, 2008 and amounted to 4.60 % (this corresponds to 24,390,655
voting rights). 0.00 % (727 voting rights) are attributed to Deka
