Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, New York, USA, informed us on
March 11, 2008, pursuant to Section 21 (1) Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on March 10, 2008, the shareholding imputed
to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. (the parent company of Arnold
and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC), New York, USA, of voting rights in HCI
Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany, has decreased below the 3 percent threshold
and that it currently is imputed to hold 2.95 percent of the voting rights
in this company (708,293 out of the 24,000,000 outstanding voting shares).
These voting rights are attributed to Arnold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings,
Inc. pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 2 and Section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 6 Securities Trading Act.
Furthermore, Arnold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, New York, USA,
informed us pursuant to Section 21 (1), 24 Securities Trading Act that on
March 10, 2008, their shareholding in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany, has
decreased below the 3 percent threshold and amounts to 2.95 percent of the
voting rights (708,293 out of the 24,000,000 outstanding voting shares).
These voting rights are attributed to Arnold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers,
LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings,
Inc., pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading act.
