The Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB has approved the results of appraisal
of the Company's fixed assets carried out by the independent property
appraiser, Matininkai Corporation UAB, and their incorporation in the Company's
accounts. As of 31 12 2007, the value of the Company's fixed assets made up LTL
3.48 bln, showing a 1.4-fold increase from the book value recorded on 31 12
2007.
