Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 14, 2008, Marshall Wace LLP, ('Investment Manager'), London, Great
Britain, has informed us according to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that on
March 10, 2008 its voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007251803, have fallen below the threshold of 3 % and
hold 2,84 % of the voting rights in the company (equivalent to 1,666,040
voting rights) as of the aforementioned date.
The voting rights are to be ascribed to the Investment Manager pursuant to
section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG.
