Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 13, 2008, we were notified by FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda,
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that:

On 12 March 2008 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany.
On that date, FIL Limited held 2.83 % of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 1,977,771 voting rights.

All voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
