City National Bank Pursues Personal Trust Business in Nevada by Hiring Marc Goldstein as Trust Officer in Its Wealth Management Group


LAS VEGAS, March 18, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- City National Bank today announced that it is now actively pursuing personal trust business in Nevada through its Wealth Management Services group with the hiring of Marc Goldstein as vice president and trust officer for Personal Trust Services. In this capacity, Goldstein will be responsible for the administration of personal trust, investment management and custody accounts for Wealth Management clients in Nevada. With statewide responsibilities, he will work out of the bank's wealth management offices in Las Vegas and Reno. Goldstein brings over 10 years of experience in the private banking and financial services industry to City National Bank's Nevada operation. Previously, he worked for City National's Wealth Management Services group in California for two years before relocating to Nevada. Goldstein also serves as a member of City National's Trust Administration Committee.

Prior to joining City National in 2006, Goldstein served as a relationship manager with Citigroup Private Bank in Los Angeles. His primary responsibilities were to develop and manage relationships on behalf of the Law Firm group. Goldstein began his private banking career with JP Morgan Private Bank in 1998 where he served in various roles both domestically and internationally.

He currently holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 Securities Licenses, as well as the Certified Financial Planner designation from the CFP Board of Standards and has completed a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from UCLA. He has also served as a member of the United States Air Force.
