18 March 2008 Release No. 7 Following exercise of share warrants issued in 2005 (ref. our release No. 6 of 14 March 2008), the share capital of NKT Holding is increased by a total nominal amount of 351,980 DKK, whereafter the total nominal share capital is 473,103,080 DKK.
