Fabege buys property in Arenastaden

Fabege buys property in Arenastaden

Fabege has acquired Uarda 2, a property in Arenastaden/Solna Station district
from Axfast for SEK 80 million. In a parallel transaction Fabege has agreed to
sell the properties Landbyska Verket 10 (1,266 m2 lettable area) on Östermalm
and Verdandi 9 (1,399 m2 lettable area) in Vasastan to Axfast for SEK 112
million. Uarda 2, which currently comprises a building of about 5,000 m2, will
further strengthen Fabege's presence in Arenastaden. The occupancy date is 19
March for Verdandi 9 and 26 May for Uarda 2 and Landbyska Verket 10.

Fabege has also sold its interests in Tullarken KB in Östersund and Deamatris
Förvaltning AB in Stockholm to Riksbyggen and FastPartner AB, respectively. 

The above sales will result in a total profit after tax of SEK 49 million, which
will be recognised in the first quarter of 2008.
