Erik Heilborn to leave IBS

The Board of Directors and Erik Heilborn has come to an agreement that Erik
Heilborn will step down as CEO for IBS AB.

“Erik Heilborn has contributed greatly in initiating and executing changes
towards IBS becoming a global company. However, with IBS entering the next phase
of restructuring to accelerate the change, it is natural for us to seek a new
CEO”, says Pallab Chatterjee, Chairman of the IBS Board of Directors.

Erik Heilborn will remain in office until the new CEO has been recruited.
