AB Lietuvos elektrine informs that on 17 March 2008 the digest of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania was received according that the digest of Vilnius Regional Administrative Court of 26 September 2007 is not converted whereas the respondent's Lithuanian Securities Comission and the third interest's Ministry of Economy the Republic of Lithuania appeals rejected. The judgement is uncomplained. The above-mentioned judgement of Vilnius Regional Administrative Court obliges the Lithuanian Securities Comission under the 26 March 2007 application of Vidmantas Martinkonis to regularize the nominal value of a ordinary registered share of AB Lietuvos elektrinė to 7.39 LTL.
