TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 19.3.2008 AT 10:00 TELESTE SIGNS A NEW FRAME AGREEMENT WITH ALTICE GROUP Teleste has been chosen for Fttx equipment supplier for Ypso a member of Altice Group. Value of the frame agreement is 3 million euros. The large-scale upgrade deployment program of Altice cable networks will continue by changing the architecture from HFC towards deep fibre to enable higher capacity for new services up to 100 Mb/s high speed data, VOD, telephony and HDTV. This new agreement involves AC8000 optical node designed to increase the transmission networks return path capacity to a new level. By this new contract Teleste confirms its dominant position as the supplier of fibre equipments in France and Europe. Altice Group, the largest cable operator in France, currently serves over nine million homes.
