Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 19, 2008 , Mr Rüdiger Sälzle, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Gebhard & Co. Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Gräfelfing, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005050306, WKN: 505030, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% limit of
the Voting Rights on March 19, 2008  and now amount to 10.10% (this
corresponds to 399998 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.10%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 399998 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Sälzle  from FondsConsult Holding GmbH, München.
