Weilrod, 20 March 2008

By way of an ad hoc announcement dated 25 October 2007 we have informed on
basis of the subscription offer dated 9 October 2007, inter alia, that
9,684,776 new shares (the 'New Shares') resulting from the cash capital
increase resolved in the annual general meeting on 26 June 2007 and
implemented in October 2007 have been placed and that these New Shares
shall be admitted to trading by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to the
Regulated Market (Regulierter Markt) in April or May 2008.

The management board and the supervisory board have resolved that the
admission to trading of the New Shares shall be postponed for the time
being for an indefinite period of time. However, the application for
admission to trading has to be filed within the statutory time limit until
31 October 2009 at the latest.

Further, the management board and the supervisory board have resolved that
the shareholders may upon request exchange their New Shares not admitted to
trading against shares admitted to trading which for this purpose will be
provided for by a shareholder of Mania’s lead investor group.
