Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 18, 2008, we were notified by Fidelity Investments International,
Hildenborough, Kent, England, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that:

On 4 February 2008 Fidelity Investments International crossed above the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,
Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Investments
International held 3.68 % of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,573,208 voting rights.

All voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to
Fidelity Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.
