Annual report, financial statements and draft resolutions of the ordinary general meeting to be held on 28 04 2008

Presenting consolidated annual report and audited consolidated and company's
annual financial statements for the year 2007 of JSC “Kauno energija” and
decisions projects of the shareholders meeting of JSC “Kauno energija” which
will be held on 28/04/2008 13 p.m. (attached). 

The loss of announced preliminary not audited JSC "Kauno energija" activity
result for the year 2007 (31 December, 2007), according to the International
accounting standards is 10398 thousand LTL (3012 thousand EUR), Group‘s loss
10369 thousand LTL (3003 thousand EUR). The changes of results were influenced
by the recalculation of delayed profit tax obligation.
