Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. Forms Alliance With EMLab P&K

Leading Accredited Lab Aligned With ESP's 'Best in Class' Home and Building Inspections

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., March 25, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. (OTCBB:EVSP) announced today that it has formed an alliance with EMLab P&K, a leading commercial indoor air quality testing laboratory. EMLab P&K is a privately-held company based in San Bruno, California and has laboratories located across the United States.

The alliance will benefit by linking ESP's respected home inspector program and EMLab P&K's quality services and training. ESP will utilize EMLab P&K's MoldScore(tm) as part of all sample analysis and integrate the report into ESP's on-line WEB Based CEHI work-flow system. The two companies will co-sponsor training course for inspectors in 2008. ESP will offer its CEHI program to its database of 30,000 inspectors.

"ESP's CEHI Program, which includes the Certified Moisture Inspection, EMLab P&K's MoldScore(tm) analysis and the annual Mold & Moisture Management Program, meets and actually exceeds the requirements published by the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors Underwriting and Closing Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association," noted Edward L. Torres, Chairman and CEO of Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. "The standards were defined in the organization's white paper: 'Mold: Steps Toward Clarity,' updated in July, 2007. Our alliance with EMLab P&K only strengthens our substantial portfolio of tools for consumers and building owners to assess the health of their home and work environments."

EMLab P&K Sales & Marketing Director, Cole S. Mackelprang added, "ESP has been able to develop a system of protocols, inspections, analysis and record-keeping that produces a standardized report for moisture-related issues. By utilizing MoldScore(tm) as part of their system to determine if any mold found in a structure presents a hazard. This is of critical importance to everyone, and we are pleased with our alliance with ESP and their vision for the IAQ industry."
