DISCLOSURE OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS UNDER SECTION 10 OF

According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes held by ABN AMRO Asset Management Holding N.V., trade
register number 33284413, has risen above one twentieth (5 %) as a result of a
share transaction carried out on November 7, 2006. The proportion of
Technopolis Plc's share capital and votes controlled by ABN AMRO Asset
Management Holding N.V. is now 2,524,000 shares and 5.72 % respectively,
divided as follows: ABN AMRO Investment Management Funds B.V. 99,000 shares and
ABN AMRO Investment Funds S.A. 2,425,000 shares. 

The share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 74,548,943.69 divided into
44,111,801 shares with a counter-book value of EUR 1.69.
