Cayman Islands, informed us persuant to § 21 para.1 of the WpHG, that on
20th March 2008 the voting interest held by The Ratio European Fund in TAG
Tegernsee Immobilien- u. Beteiligungs-AG, Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.51% (1,794,043 of the voting shares) on
this day.
