Alphaform AG closed its fiscal year 2007 again very positive. The key
figures of the audited annual report, which was approved by the supervisory
board in its meeting today, are as follows:

- Total revenues improved by  1.3 million or 6.4 %, from  20.8 million in
the previous year to  22.1 million.
- As of 31 December 2007, the total consolidated net profit for the period
amounted to  2.22 million (previous year:  2.18 million).

- EBITDA remained nearly stable at more than  3 million,  3.1 million in
2007 against  3.3 million in 2006.

- Net cash from operating activities remained very positive at  2.7
million for 2007 (previous year:  4.3 million).

- Available cash and cash equivalents increased by  1.3 million from 
10.6 million at 31. December 2006 up to  11.9 million at 31 December 2007.

- The equity ratio increased by 1.8 percentage points from 83.3 % as at 31
December 2006 to 85.1 % as at 31 December 2007.

- Earnings per share increased from  0.41 in 2006 to  0.42 in 2007.

- The number of employees in full time equivalents at 31 December 2007 was
141 (previous year: 133).

At the Annual General Meeting on 17 June 2008, the Management Board with
the approval of the Supervisory Board will propose to distribute a dividend
amounting to  0.15 per share entitled to dividend.
