COMPTEL CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 26 MARCH 2008 AT 10.20 AM Comptel Has Signed a Major License Deal with IBM India Comptel Corporation has concluded a significant long-term agreement with IBM in India to deliver and maintain Comptel Convergent Charging Solution being used by a leading operator in India. This solution is an extension to the existing online mediation solution delivered earlier by Comptel and IBM. The total value of the agreement is EUR 10.1 million for the coming seven years. Comptel estimates that up to EUR 4.0 million will be recognised as revenue during 2008. “This is one of the largest single deals in Comptel's history.
