Cramo Plc Company announcement 27 March 2008, at 9.00 am Finnish time (GMT+2) CRAMO EXPANDS IN SWEDEN THROUGH AN ACQUISITION Cramo Sverige AB, the Swedish wholly-owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, has acquired the entire share capital of Kranab, an aerial rental company based in Stockholm. Kranab is a single depot access equipment rental operator in the Stockholm area, located in Upplands Väsby. The company runs a modern, diversified and well-maintained rental fleet of approximately 650 units with an excellent track record, especially from larger projects. With a staff of fifteen, Kranab recorded sales of approximately EUR 7.2 million in the financial year ending 30 April 2007. Kranab's operations will be integrated under the Cramo brand, creating Stockholm's and Sweden's largest access equipment specialist with an aerial fleet totalling over 9.500 units, and the capacity to supply a full range of services all over the country. Kranab's management has committed to stay in their present positions for a minimum period of three years. All other personnel has also been offered to maintain their employment. Cramo is the largest equipment rental company with over 100 depots in Sweden, including 11 in the Stockholm area.
