About the Author
I lived on a little farm at K'ville. It was not much of a farm. I grew up to move to different places. I have seen lots and been through almost anything. Everything I'm writing about is real life and things I have seen, and about my feelings. I have been hurt and rejected. I did not get to see my granddaughters for two years -- you can imagine what that did to me. My granddaughter Christian died; my other half of life had been taken away from me. I had a hard life. It has been sad, without much happiness. My husband abused me; my daddy was a drunk. My life was so lonely then, but I am a grandmother now. My mother died and that almost killed me. Then my aunt died, then my grandpa, so I am left out. My daddy is dead to all but my brothers and sisters. I also have a twin. We are not alike; we are very different.
