Supervisory Board of A-Selver AS satisfied today the resignation application of current Member of the Management Board Mr. Ain Taube. Ain Taube will leave the office as of May 9, 2008. The new Member of the Management Board in duties of managing director will be current purchase and marketing director Ms. Iivi Saar. Iivi Saar commences her duties as managing director on May 9 and her former duties will be taken over by Mr. Andres Heinver who will be appointed as second Member of the Management Board. Powers of Mr. Ain Taube as the Member of the Management Board of Selver Latvia SIA, 100% subsidiary of A-Selver AS, will end as of May 9, 2008. Ms. Iivi Saar will be appointed as the new Member of the Management Board of Selver Latvia SIA. From 1999 to 2001 Iivi Saar worked as purchasing director of Säästumarket, from 2001 to 2002 as purchasing and logistic director of Kesko Food and since 2002 as purchase and marketing director of A-Selver AS. Iivi Saar does not own shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. Andres Heinver, who commences his duties as purchase and marketing director on May 9, has worked from 1989 to 2001 as director of Merimetsa Hospital in Tallinn, from 2001 to 2005 as Member of the Board of West-Tallinn Central Hospital and since 2007 as controller of Selver business processes.
