the year ending 31 December 2007 of Trigon Agri A/S were approved by the Board
of Directors on March 31, 2008. The report of annual earnings figures is

The half-yearly report will be published at the latest on August 31, 2008.
The notice to convene the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders will be
published at the latest on 11 April 2008 and the Annual General Meeting will be
held on 9 May 2008 in Copenhagen.
