Lagercrantz acquires CAD Kompagniet A/S

Lagercrantz has today concluded an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding
in Danish company CAD Kompagniet A/S. CAD Kompagniet conducts consulting
business in the CAD area (computer-aided design) and will work together with the
software business in this area that Lagercrantz currently operates in its
Communications division. CAD Kompagniet had 2007 revenue of almost MDKK 30 with
good profitability. The company's head office is located in central Copenhagen
and since 2007 there is also a branch office in Jutland.

Jörgen Wigh, President and CEO of Lagercrantz Group, comments on the
acquisition: "CAD Kompagniet is a profitable and interesting addition to our software
operations in Denmark and Norway. It strengthens our position further and the
company is afforded enhanced opportunities of expansion, in Denmark as well as
neighbouring Nordic countries. CAD Kompagniet has a distinct niche focus and is
well established on the Danish market since 1986."

CAD Kompagniet will be an independent business unit in division Communications
from 1 April 2008. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive
increment to the Group's earnings per share during the April - March 2008/09
financial year.
