PROPOSAL TO MARIMEKKO CORPORATION'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: ELECTION OF AUDITOR
According to the Articles of Association of Marimekko Corporation, the Company's
auditors are appointed for an indefinite term. Marimekko Corporation's Board of
Directors has invited tenders for the provision of statutory auditing services
for the Company. The Board proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on
3 April 2008 that PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants be
elected as the Company's auditor with Mr Kim Karhu, Authorised Public
Accountant, as chief auditor.
