Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 26, 2008 , Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited 20 Bank
Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 4AD, England has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1, WKN:
A0LD2U, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February 28,
2008  and now amount to 5.33% (this corresponds to 2983329 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.33% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2983329 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
