803200, have exceeded the 3 % limit of the voting rights on March 25, 2008
and as of this date amounted to 4.27 % (28,057,845 voting shares).

Furthermore Société Générale S.A., Paris, France, informed us according to
article 21 (1) WpHG that the voting rights of Société Générale S.A., Paris,
France, in Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE0008032004,
WKN: 803200, have fallen under the 3 % limit of the voting rights on March
26, 2008 and as of this date amounted to 1.72 % (11,329,554 voting shares).
