Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 27, 2008 , Mr David Marcus, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on CeWe
Color Holding AG, Oldenburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005403901, WKN: 540390,
have fallen below the 10%, 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March
20, 2008  and now amount to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 and Sentence 2 of the
WpHG, 0% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to Mr Marcus.
