Baden-Baden, went below the 3% threshold and amounted to 1.63% (equivalent
to 223,269 shares of 13,684,099 total shares) on 19 March 2008. These
voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Schroders plc. pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.

We, Schroder Administration Limited, write to advise you in accordance with
sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that our shareholding in GRENKELEASING AG, Neuer Markt
2, D- 76532 Baden-Baden, went below the 3% threshold and amounted to 1.63%
(equivalent to 223,269 shares of 13,684,099 total shares) on 19 March 2008.
