Entropic Communications Added to the Russell 3000 Index


SAN DIEGO, April 2, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Entropic Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENTR) a leading provider of silicon solutions to enable connected home entertainment, today announced that it has been added to the Russell 3000 Index as one of the 12 initial public offering additions to join the Index at the close of the market on March 31, 2008. The Russell 3000 Index measures the performance of the 3,000 largest public companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges, based on total market capitalization.
