Panostaja Oyj Stock Exchange Bulletin, 2nd April 2008 JARKKO ISO-ESKELI BECOMES PARTNER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR AT KL-VARAOSAT Mr. Jarkko Iso-Eskeli, 40, has become a partner and been appointed Managing Director at KL-Varaosat which is part of the Panostaja group. Prior to this, Iso-Eskeli worked as Export Manager for FennoSteel Oy. Iso-Eskeli takes up his role as Managing Director with immediate effect. Mr. Kari Lindfors, who sold his company to the Panostaja group, concludes his long career as an entrepreneur and is due to retire as per the original plan on 1st June 2008. The KL-Varaosat group of companies specialises in the import, wholesale and retail of original Mercedes-Benz and BMW car spare parts and equipment. KL-Varaosat was originally founded in 1979 and today has sites in Tampere, Jyväskylä and Rovaniemi, as well as 44 retailers and an on-line store. The customer base comprises repair shops, retailers and private consumers.
