In connection with the information released by mass media about JSC "Trasta Komercbanka" and Belurussian bank "Technoland" we would like to inform that it is early to talk about purchase of "Technoland" contol stock since the parties have concluded only an engagement agreement according to which deep investigation of all related factors is being made which could affect the decision with regard to acquisition of the control stock.
