DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

On 2 April 2008 the following ordinary shares of G4S plc were acquired by
directors of and other persons discharging managerial responsibility within G4S
plc as result of a vesting of shares awarded under the company's performance
share plan. The deemed value of the shares in each case was £2.2894 per share:
