Yara Nederland B.V. has gained title to all the shares in Kemira GrowHow Oyj

The Arbitral Tribunal appointed by the Redemption Committee of the
Central
Chamber of Commerce has today confirmed that Yara Nederland B.V.
("Yara") has a right to redeem the minority shares in Kemira GrowHow
Oyj ("Kemira GrowHow") and that Yara has the right to obtain title to
the minority shares by depositing a security approved by the Arbitral
Tribunal for the payment of the redemption price and the interest
accruing thereon.

Yara has today deposited the required security and has thereby
obtained the title to the entire Kemira GrowHow stock of shares, as
provided under Chapter 18, Section 6 of the Finnish Companies Act.
After the depositing of the security, the Kemira GrowHow minority
shareholders who are parties to the redemption process are only
entitled to receive the redemption price and the interest payable on
it.

Upon application by Kemira GrowHow, OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki Oy
("OMX Helsinki") has decided that the Kemira GrowHow shares will be
delisted from the Official List of OMX Helsinki upon title to all
shares in Kemira GrowHow having been transferred to Yara. The quoting
of the Kemira GrowHow shares on OMX Helsinki will thus cease today in
accordance with a separate release by OMX Helsinki.
