                  Acquisition of RONCO Consulting Corporation                   
G4S, the world's leading international security solutions group, today          
announces the acquisition of RONCO Consulting Corporation (“RONCO”), one of the 
world's premier humanitarian and commercial mine action, ordnance disposal and  
security companies, from Mr Steve Edelmann, the current President.              

RONCO was founded in 1974, and is based in Washington, D.C.  Since 1981, RONCO  
has completed over 650 projects involving mine and unexploded ordnance          
clearance, explosive ordnance disposal, security, and specialised training.     
RONCO currently operates in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Sudan and has training       
centres in Mozambique and Sri Lanka.                                            

RONCO's portfolio of customers includes the U.S. Departments of State and       
Defense, the United Nations, NATO, NAMSA, the World Bank, the Canadian and      
British governments, and numerous commercial customers.  RONCO employs over     
1,200 people worldwide.
