the following resolutions agreed during todays meeting of the Supervisory
Board:
The Supervisory Board has extended the contract of CEO Mr Heinz Roth for a
further five years (1st October 2008 to 30th September 2013).
With effect from 15th April 2008, Mr Thomas Becker, 58, will assume the
position of CFO, where his particular mandate will be to handle Investor
relations and to strengthen the companys relationship with the equity
market, both within Germany and internationally. Mr Becker has many years
of experience in this area and has held leading positions in stock market
listed companies.
