CRAMO HAS SIGNED AN AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE SHARES OF POHJOLAN 
TELINE OY                                                                       

Cramo Finland Oy, the Finnish wholly owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, and the     
owners of Pohjolan Teline Oy have signed an agreement concerning the transfer of
all the shares of the company. Cramo Finland Oy purchases all the shares of     
Pohjolan Teline Oy from its two owners, who are private persons. Pohjolan Teline
Oy continues in the group as an independent subsidiary, but its operations will 
be integrated with Cramo operations, under Cramo brand.                         

Pohjolan Teline began its activities in the year 1989. The company is domiciled 
in one depot in Kemi, Finland. The company offers scaffolding services to       
industrial clients in Kemi-Tornio area. The turnover of the company in the year 
2007 was approximately EUR 1.0 million. The company has 10 employees, who shall 
continue to work for the company. The sellers of the company shall continue     
working in the company.                                                         

This acquisition strengthens Cramo's market position in northern Finland and is 
an important addition to Cramo's scaffolding services for industrial clients.   

The parties to the acquisition have decided not to publish the purchase price.
