1. Voting Rights per January 9th, 2007:
On April 3rd, 2008, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, UK
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that on January 9th
2007 the voting interest of KIM SpA, Milano, Italy in telegate AG,
Munich-Martinsried, Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, amounted to
4.86 % (1,020,833 shares) and therefore to more than 3%. (The 3% threshold
did not exist before January 20th 2007).
0.72% (152,952 shares) of the voting rights are attributable to KIM SpA
according to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no.1 of the WpHG. 4.14% (867,881
shares) of the voting rights are attributable to KIM SpA according to
Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in
telegate AG are to be attributed to KIM SpA: Kairos Fund Limited.

On April 3rd, 2008, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, UK
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that on January 9th
2007 its and the voting interest of KIM BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands in
telegate AG, Munich-Martinsried, Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, WKN: 511880,
amounted to 4.14 % (867,881 shares) and therefore to more than 3%. (The 3%
threshold did not exist before January 20th 2007).
4.14% (867,881 shares) of the voting rights are attributable to Kairos
Investment Management Limited according to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 No.
6 of the WpHG, to KIM BV according to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in
telegate AG are to be attributed to KIM BV and Kairos Investment Management
Limited: Kairos Fund Limited.
On April 3rd, 2008, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, UK
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that on January 9th
2007 the voting interest of Kairos Funds Limited, George Town, Grand
Cayman, Cayman Islands in telegate AG, Munich- Martinsried, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, amounted to 4.00 % (840,428 shares) and
therefore to more than 3%. (The 3% threshold did not exist before January
20th 2007).

2. Voting Rights per May 21st, 2007:
On April 3rd, 2008, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, UK
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that the voting
interest of KIM SpA, Milano, Italy in telegate AG, Munich-Martinsried,
Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, exceeded 5% on May 21st, 2007. On
May 21st 2007 KIM SpA's voting rights in telegate AG amounted to 5.01 %
(1,050,544 shares).
0.79% (164,881 sahres) of the voting rights are attributable to KIM SpA
according to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no.1 of the WpHG. 4,22% (885,663
shares) of the voting rights are attributable to KIM SpA according to
Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in
telegate AG are to be attributed to KIM SpA: Kairos Fund Limited.
