Final terms for covered bond to be opened on 10 April 2008                      

This is a correction of announcement no. 31/2008.                               

On 10 April 2008, BRFkredit will open a new covered bond. Final terms for the   
bond are attached to this announcement.                                         

The prospectus for the bond is comprised of the attached final terms and the    
previously disclosed base prospectus for covered bonds issued by BRFkredit a/s.
