ATOSS Software AG reports further continuation of growth in Q1 2008

Munich, 09.04.2008 - ATOSS Software AG has recorded persistent growth in
both sales and results in the first quarter of 2008. Provisional figures
show sales up  12 % to around EUR 6.4 million (previous year EUR 5.7
million), with EBIT as the principal indicator of operating results up 50%
at EUR 1.3 million (previous year EUR 0.9 million).

The principal factor behind this excellent development was the gratifyingly
strong upward trend in software licensing. Sales of software licenses were
12 % higher at EUR 1.3 million (previous year EUR 1.2 million), while
turnover from software maintenance rose by 9 % to stand at EUR 2.4 million
(previous year EUR 2.2 million). Consultancy revenues were expanded by 19 %
to reach EUR 1.8 million, while hardware sales rose 4 % to EUR 0.7 million.
Orders on hand rose by 9 % from EUR 1.3 million twelve months ago to EUR
1.5 million and thus continue to safeguard the stable development in the
companys business.

The key results figures all show improvements, with EBIT coming in at EUR
1.3 million (previous year EUR 0.9 million), net profit at EUR 0.7 million
(previous year EUR 0.6 million) and earnings per share at EUR 0.17
(previous year EUR 0.15).

Against the backdrop of this excellent development in sales and the
continuing stable order situation, over the year as a whole the company
expects to maintain its profitable growth and achieve EBIT in excess of EUR
4 million (previous year EUR 3.7 million).

ATOSS Software AG will publish its full provisional figures for the first
quarter of the year on April 24, 2008.
