- Share transfer when acquiring purchase Norwegian Fish Company Export in 2007


In 2007, Aker Seafoods acquired the seafood company Norwegian Fish Company
Export AS (NFC). In a stock exchange release dated 9 July 2007, the stock
market is informed that part of the purchase is settled by the transfer of
shares. 

The acquisition was final in 2007 when 45 575 shares in Aker Seafoods were
transferred from Aker Seafoods to NFC Holding AS. The purchase and share
transfer to the counter party's VPS-account was completed on 30 August 2007 to
a share cost of NOK 50.75 per share or a total price of NOK 2 312 500. 

Per 8 April 2008, Aker Seafoods holds 47727 of its own shares.
