Munich/Gruenwald, Loreto/Ancona, 09. April 2008: Italian hit animation
studio Rainbow S.p.A. ('Winx Club', 'Monster Allergy', 'Huntik') and the
German brand management & media company m4e AG signed a 5 year volume and
co-production agreement today.

The agreement gives m4e AG the right to the next season of the animated hit
series 'Winx Club' as well as the new, highly expected animated TV-show
'Pixie' which is based on the famous characters from 'Winx Club'. m4e AG
will manage all rights incl. TV, home entertainment, merchandising,
publishing and promotions.
On top of the contract the company has the first look rights to Rainbow’s
new shows over the next years. m4e AG guarantees to acquire at least one
show per year on a pre-sale basis.

Major part of the deal is the co-production agreement: m4e AG and Rainbow
S.p.A. will at least co-produce one show every two years, beginning with
the new Rainbow development scheduled for delivery beginning of 2010.

For m4e this contract means another important cornerstone for pursuing its
consequent expansion strategy since going public in July 2007.

'For many years we are enjoying a very close and trustful relationship with
Rainbow. It is only a logical step for us to strengthen this relationship.
Rainbow is one of the leading worldwide animation producers and has
delivered fantastic results - and we are very proud to be part of that. The
agreement is a major step forward for m4e AG and due to the same business
philosophies, Rainbow and m4e are a perfect fit to create successful shows
and brands', says Hans Ulrich Stoef, CEO of m4e AG.

'After a positive cooperation period with m4e which lead to a great sucess
of our properties 'Monster Allergy' and 'Winx Club' on the German market,
Rainbow has decided as a natural evolution of this strategic relationship
to strenghten the business relation with m4e. We are very happy to announce
that - being very satisfied with this long term relationship - today we
have finalized an important deal that gives Rainbow a further enhancement
of the coverage of the German-speaking market', explains Iginio Straffi,
President and CEO of Rainbow S.p.A.
