President of Nordea Bank Finland Plc to be changed

As a consequence of changes in the Group Executive Management of
Nordea Bank AB the President of Nordea Bank Finland Plc is to be
changed. New President as of 1 June 2008 will be Carl-Johan Granvik
and Ari Kaperi will act as his substitute.
