England, informed us in accordance with Section 21, para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in our
company had exceeded the threshold of 3% on 2 April 2008 and totalled 3.01%
(this corresponds to 6,551,174 voting rights).

Barclays Global Investors UK Holdings Limited was attributed these 3.01% of
the voting rights in our company pursuant to Section 22, para. 1 sent. 1
item 6 WpHG in connection with Section 22, para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
